Nicky Jackson, Founder & CEO, RangeMe

The concept of RangeMe came to Nicky while developing a range of baby skincare products. Looking for ways to achieve fast distribution, she had the idea to create a single network to match sellers with buyers looking for products like theirs. Before launching RangeMe Nicky worked as a Marketing Executive at Kellogg’s, Uncle Toby’s, Goodman Fielder, Pepsico and Jim Beam.

A keeper of an entrepreneurial spirit, Nicky is also a leading voice for women in business and technology. The accelerated growth of RangeMe with her at the helm has catapulted Nicky as a true pioneer in the CPG Technology space. Nicky currently resides in San Francisco with her beautiful family of four.

 
Rachael Vegas, Chief Merchant, Brandless
Rachael Vegas is the chief merchant of e-retailer, Brandless.  She joined Brandless as one of the first employees in early 2016.  
Vegas began her career at Hannaford Supermarkets, in Cary, North Carolina. There she completed retail management training and served as an assistant store manager and store manager of a Hannaford Store. Later, Vegas joined Delhaize, parent company for Hannaford and Food Lion, as a category manager in beauty and she was located in Salisbury, North Carolina.
In February 2003, Vegas joined Target Corporation as a buyer and held various positions as a buyer, sr. buyer, MP director and divisional in sourcing.  She held these leadership roles in household cleaning, school and office, snacks and beverages, toys and sporting goods and apparel and accessories. Prior to joining Brandless, Vegas was the vice president, general merchandise manager of center store grocery, for Target Corporation from 2011 to 2016.
Vegas has her MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University. She is married and has two girls, ages 13 and 10 and lives in St. Louis Park, MN.
